D.H. Conley High School, established in 1970, is one of six high schools in Pitt County. There are approximately 1400 students attending our school. Our students follow a four periods a day block schedule and are supported by teachers and staff committed to the success of each student. We value our cooperative relationship with the community and its members. Our school community enjoys the support of local citizens concerned and interested in our success as a school and the success of our students. At D.H. Conley, we are committed to providing an educational environment in which students may develop intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically. The faculty and administration of D.H. Conley High School believe that each student is a unique individual with special intellectual and physical abilities, as well as special emotional needs and cultural interests which must be fostered to the fullest potential. We work together to meet the needs of each student while maintaining a sense of fairness, democracy, and individuality. We encourage students to take advantage of every available educational opportunity. With the cooperation of students, faculty, and parents we can provide an environment of quality instruction.
